The Haunted Village of Metamora Rules

Purpose of The Haunted Village of Metamora: The Haunted Village of Metamora is a fund raiser for the "I Believe Campaign". All proceeds go to the "I Believe Campaign".

1.         This is a family oriented event.

2.         The Haunted Village of Metamora will make every attempt to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for the entire family.

3.         Under no circumstance will a participant touch a ticket holder.

4.         Most attractions will be marked with a sign outside the attraction signifying the "Fright Level". This is intended to help parents decide which attractions are suitable for their children. Unlike traditional haunted houses where the layout is such that a ticket holder must travel from a starting point though the entire attraction, our layout allows parents to decide which attractions are suitable for their children.

5.         No refunds are given on ticket sales.     

6.         No alcohol, drugs, or drug paraphernalia are allowed.

7.         The Haunted Village of Metamora, the Town of Metamora, and the Metamora Economic Development Corporation are not responsible for lost or stolen property. It is your responsibility to secure your property.

8.         The Haunted Village of Metamora reserves the right to remove from the attractions any ticket holder exhibiting malicious behavior.
